  The Legit Fit Show has taken Alabama by storm, this new exercise show is a one of kind show featuring "Mr. Legit" & and the Legit Fam. The show airs Saturday Mornings @ 8:30am on WABM MYTV 68, be sure and tune in.

The "I Luv 2 Hustle Show" & Mr. Smooth's Ballroom Express Dance Show is being expanded to 5 more cities on the CW Network, Nashville, Memphis, Ten.,  Jackson, Miss., Huntsville, Mobile, Al.  This is our year 2019 !!! "To God Be The Glory"...We will be in all 50 states soon...

      "The Survivor Slide" video is done, this is our dedication to Breast Cancer and all Cancers survivors, Past and Present. Check out the video and pick up the cd/dvd or download it, a portion of the proceeds goes to The American Cancer Society

       January 2017 we lauched the "1 Step 2 Fitness Line Dance Program" and we have a new song for seniors, handicap, etc,,, called "Get Fit While You Sit" the only line dance in the world, you can do sitting down. Check us out at www.1step2fitness.com

       What's new? well Mr. Grits just did a song with Dj Maestro called "Put Your Shoes On" an entertaining educational song
